1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and 25taka with respect to your use of the 25taka platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotional offers, and payment services accessible at 25taka.vip and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised pages.

Your access to and use of the 25taka platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first register an account or, where no registration is required to access a page, from the moment you first access the platform. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

25taka reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at 25taka.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use the 25taka platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational use, not on behalf of a commercial entity for commercial gambling purposes;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the 25taka platform or any related platform;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 25taka or any of its game studio or payment partners;
• You are acting in your own name and for your own account — using the platform on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited;
• You have not previously had an account on the 25taka platform closed for reasons of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

25taka reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your account's lifetime. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 25taka platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts may be voided at 25taka's sole discretion. The player will retain access only to the verified primary account's original deposited funds.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 25taka account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false information — including the use of a pseudonym, a date of birth that misrepresents your age, or contact details belonging to another person — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 25taka will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 25taka support immediately via live chat so that appropriate protective measures can be applied. Any activity that takes place on your account prior to you notifying 25taka of a security breach will be considered authorised activity unless evidence to the contrary is provided.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

25taka operates a Know Your Customer programme consistent with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. At any point — and in particular before processing a withdrawal — 25taka may request the following documents: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 25taka does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your bank or mobile financial service provider are your sole responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate investigation. 25taka reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as coming from an account in the player's own name, and to withhold withdrawal of any funds derived from a third-party deposit pending resolution.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit where operationally possible. 25taka aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times. 25taka reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected, which may extend the processing timeline.

4.4 Responsible Gambling Spending Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits, weekly spending caps, and loss limits directly from their account dashboard at any time. Once a reduction in limits is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. 25taka strongly encourages all players to set limits consistent with their personal financial circumstances.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 25taka platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term will take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses awarded by 25taka — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback credits — are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms; any unmet wagering balance will expire automatically when the deadline passes.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

25taka monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets on both sides of a market to artificially fulfil wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage), and systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds to real money with minimal genuine game play. Where bonus abuse is detected, 25taka reserves the right to void the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it, and to close the account involved.

5.4 Eligibility for Promotions

Promotions are only available to players who have verified their account and who are in full compliance with these Terms at the time of claiming an offer. Players who are currently under a deposit limit or cooling-off period may not be eligible for certain deposit-related promotions. 25taka reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe the player presents a risk of bonus abuse.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the 25taka platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our game studio partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. These systems are subject to independent testing and certification. 25taka does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so independently of the certified RNG systems provided by its studio partners.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on 25taka — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules published for each sport and event type. In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered, 25taka will apply the rules set out in the relevant sport's settlement policy. 6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. Odds and market availability may change rapidly in response to on-field events. 25taka reserves the right to suspend or remove any in-play market without notice. Bets placed and confirmed before a market suspension will be settled according to the applicable settlement rules. Bets that were in the process of being placed at the moment a market was suspended may be voided at 25taka's discretion.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 25taka where: an obvious pricing error (palpable error) is identified in the odds offered; the event to which the bet relates does not take place within the scheduled timeframe; or reliable settlement data is unavailable. In all void scenarios, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 25taka platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games;
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Collusion with other players in live casino or poker-style games;
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Providing false or misleading information to 25taka at any point;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors;
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account;
• Exploiting technical errors, system faults, or display glitches to obtain winnings not legitimately awarded by the certified game system.

25taka employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Where suspicious activity is flagged, accounts will be suspended pending investigation. 25taka cooperates with payment providers, game studios, and, where required by applicable law, with government and law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 25taka account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. A player who has voluntarily closed their account for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion under the terms set out in our Responsible Gaming policy, which provides additional protections.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 25taka

25taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; the player has provided false information during registration or verification; or the account poses a risk management concern to the platform. In cases of closure due to verified fraud, 25taka reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 25taka will send a written notification (via the email address registered on the account) 30 days before applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the fee schedule published on the platform. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding identity verification requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 25taka platform — including but not limited to the 25taka brand name and logo, game graphics, interface design, written copy, marketing materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 25taka or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content from the 25taka platform without the express prior written consent of 25taka. Game content provided by studio partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — is the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 25taka for display on the platform only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 25taka's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 25taka account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

25taka shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the platform. 25taka provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the platform will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

25taka reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to you via the email address registered on your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect, unless an urgent change is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case the change may take immediate effect with notification provided as soon as practicable.

The current, binding version of these Terms is always the version published at 25taka.vip/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version came into force. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 25taka platform. For players accessing the platform from Bangladesh, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through the 25taka support team will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.

25taka's primary dispute resolution channel is its 24/7 English-language live chat support service. Players who have a complaint or dispute are encouraged to raise the issue directly with the support team in the first instance. 25taka commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
